OREiN - Illuminate for a Better Life

Make Life Much Easier with OREiN Humidity Sensing Ventilation Bathroom Fan

Clear the Air with the Right Bathroom Exhaust Fan

OREiN Bathroom Fan with Light & Humidity Sensor, 160 CFM, 1.0 Sones

  • NOTE: Please put the light and fan on separate switches, the bath fan includes a light that must to be operated separately with an additional switch or double switch;
  • Powerful 160-CFM blower to provide a safe and comfortable living environment;
  • Built-in 18W 1500Lm 3000/4000/5000K LED Light & 200Lm 2200K Nightlight;
  • DUCTING - Removable 6 inch metal duct with back draft prevention damper;
  • To prevent the insulation from sliding down the duct, wrap the connections a few times with HVAC tape;
  • NOTE: The Install Size is 11.81 in x 11.02 in. Hold the housing up to the hole to check that your fan fits. If the hole is too small, trace the housing onto the ceiling and then cut the ceiling with a keyhole saw. If the original hole is too big, you’ll need to patch the ceiling. Cut a piece of drywall to make the ceiling hole the right size for your fan. Attach the drywall filler to a larger piece of wood; set it in the hole and drive screws through the ceiling into the wood. The patched areas can be repaired with spackling compound later.
  • Important: An insulated duct will help prevent condensation when the warm air from the bathroom meets the cold duct in the attic. To prevent the insulation from sliding down the duct, wrap the connections a few times with HVAC tape;
  • NOTICE: If the light or the fan do not work, please make sure that the cables to the light and fan are properly connected. And this product only works with 120V;
    That it is common practice in heating and ventilation systems using sheet metal ductwork and fittings or flexible duct work tubing to use duct tape or aluminum tape to ensure air tight seals and improve efficiency.
