Rules

1.Giveaway Rules

A. The event repeats in rounds and each round has a set time period. Rounds may have different prizes.

B. In each round, every AiDot user is entitled to one free entry which will grant them one lucky number.

C. AiDot users who complete an order from the AiDot store during a giveaway round will earn an additional entry that can be used to obtain an additional lucky number.

D. During a giveaway round, AiDot users have a bonus chance for an additional entry. In the “Your Lucky Numbers” section, tap the “Bonus Chance” option for an opportunity of an additional entry.

E. Each AiDot user is limited to a total of 3 entries during a giveaway round.

F. If an AiDot user chooses to receive their lucky number by email, they will be automatically subscribed to email notifications.

2.Giveaway Results

A. At the end of each round, 1 lucky number will be selected at random from among all of the entries. The owner of that lucky number will win all of the prizes for that round.

B. The winner of each round will be announced immediately after the round ends.

3.Prize Collection and Usage

A. Winners will be notified by email and a pop-up window when they access the event page after the round has ended.

B. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be considered forfeited.

C. Point prizes can be redeemed by placing an order on the AiDot store or by visiting the points mall.

D. Voucher prizes must be used when placing an order on the AiDot store, and the checkout amount must exceed the voucher value.

E. Free products will be issued as redemption coupons, which users may redeem on the AiDot store.

4.User Conduct

A. Technical manipulation through means such as plugins or cheats is prohibited. Fraudulent prize claims will result in prize revocation, account blacklisting, and disqualification from future events.

B. Exploiting refund or order cancellation tactics to gain entries is prohibited. Repeated cancellations will lead to account blacklisting and disqualification.

5.Additional Information

A. The event may be adapted for different holiday themes or promotions, but the rules and event periods will remain consistent.

B. AiDot reserves the right to final interpretation of these rules.
