  1. The air purifier will arrive fully assembled, but please remember that the filter will be enclosed in protective plastic. It's crucial to remove this plastic cover before using the air purifier, as it won't function properly otherwise.
  2. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter every 3-6 months, depending on your local air quality and the frequency of air purifier usage.
  3. The power adapter is conveniently located inside the filter. Simply open the bottom cover to access it.

Why is my machine stuck on 500ppm?? I changed the filter it won't go off
Please do troubleshooting according to the following guidelines: 1. Please make sure that the protective bag is removed from the filter, and keep the air inlet at least 15 inches/ 38 cm away from the wall or other objects; 2. If you've changed a new replacement filter, please try to vacuum the inside of air purifier, or wipe it with a damp cloth and make it dry completely, then place the replacement filter inside; 3. This may be caused by dust or hair covered/blocked on the sensor. In this case, please try to use a hair dryer (cold air) or a vacuum cleaner to clean the position of the sensor. The air purifier will not turn on. all the buttons are blinking but it will not start, and the led display has e1 on it. what do i do now?

Please check the bottom cover and make sure it's tightly closed (you will hear a click). Here is a video you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
