My light is offline. What should I do?
Check if your Wi-Fi name or password has changed. If yes, reset the device and reconnect it in the AiDot app.
Ensure the light is within range of your router. Move the router or device closer if the signal is weak.
Reduce the number of devices connected to your Wi-Fi to free up bandwidth.
Make sure your power supply is stable—fluctuations can cause disconnections.
Confirm the router and light are powered on. If off for a long period, reset the light and re-add it in the AiDot app.
