Please note that if you purchased AiDot products from a retail store or third-party online distributor must be returned to the store or distributor where they were bought. We will only process returns for items purchased from AiDot.com.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- in its original packaging
- purchase order ID
- your return authorization number from us
In certain situations where these criteria are not met, only a partial refund may be granted, namely if the item is:
- not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- returned more than 30 days after purchased
In the instance of kits offers, all items within the kits must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
How Do You Return?
If you purchased a product from AiDot.com in 30 days from the date of purchase and need to return it, here are the basic steps:
Contact Us Get the Approve
Email us firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address for our returns center.
Tell the details about why you want to return. And attached photos or videos approve the item with issue.
Original Package, if possible
We will send the return address via email(it would be 15277 Don Julian Rd, City of Industry, CA, 91745 or 16328 S AVALON BLVD GARDENA, CA 90248), please do not return to any address which on AiDot.com. All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
Please note that, unless the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return it. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Get Back Your Money
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 working days of our receiving your returned product.
Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
