If you're experiencing this issue, it's likely due to low power. Please use the provided USB cable to charge the camera for approximately 4-5 hours until the battery level is above 90%. Once charged, follow the setup instructions in the manual to get your camera up and running.

2. How to reset the camera?

To reset the camera, press the reset button twice. You'll hear a voice prompt indicating the factory settings have been restored. Afterward, attempt to re-add the camera to the app. You can find the reset button located on the top of the camera.

3. How to add the camera to the AiDot APP by scanning the QR code?

Step 1: Open the AiDot APP's home page and tap the "+" icon. Then select "Add Device" and choose "Scan."

Step 2: Scan the QR code located on the camera's body and follow the prompts provided by the APP.

4. How to add the camera to the Aidot APP manually?

Step 1: On the home page, tap the "+" icon, then select "Add Device," followed by "Surveillance." Choose the specific camera model.

Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click "Add Manually."

Step 3: Follow the prompts provided by the AiDot APP to complete the setup process.

5. What should I do if the camera has no voice?

To enable the audio, kindly follow these steps:

Step 1: From the home page, navigate to the Live Stream page.
Step 2: Click on the live stream, and you will notice a speaker icon.
Step 3: Note that the speaker is initially turned off by default.
