How to reset the devic
Hold "Dim-up"and "Dim-down"buttons for 5 seconds,and LED indicator keeps in redstatus,release the buttons and the resetting is done.After 5 seconds,switch gets into tobeconfigured status.
Scan code prompt error / no response
Please confirm whether the App software version is latest
Can't scan the QR code on the device
The QR code may not be scanned when the device is turned on, you can try to scantheQR code on the instruction manual.( Note: Please check whether the codes on deviceandinstruction are same)
