1. Please check that you connect the HDMI BOX such as ROKU, XBOX or another HDMI BOX.  
2. You Must choose the HDMI BOX signal with your HDMI BOX remote control. Make sure the video that is playing is from the HDMI BOX. The OREIN sync box can only sync with HDMI BOX.
3. The strip light must be pasted starting from the right bottom in the backside view.
  3.1 The strip light pasted from bottom to top, then top to the left must connect to "USB TOP" in the sync box.
  3.2 The strip light pasted from bottom to left, then left to the top must connect to the "USB BOTTOM" in the sync box. 
4. Choose the “Screen” mode in APP, then the light will sync with the screen.
