Why can't my Matter light connect to a third party app (Applehome, Alexa, Google Home, etc.)?

1. the phone and the speaker (or gateway) need to be connected to the same wifi.
2. the device is powered on and needs to be wired within another 15 minutes;
3. code code, if entered manually, to ensure correct input;
4. only support 2.4G network;
5. ensure that the third-party app used is updated to a version that supports matter;

Note: After the device is successfully added to the third-party App, we will automatically update the device if it has the latest version.
a. The device is automatically updated 20 minutes after each power up;
b. If the device has been unplugged, then it will automatically update every 24 hours.
