Easy to set up great customer supportWe live on the 31st floor in a condo downtown Seattle. If you live in a vertical community, this is a must. Your neighbors below will thank you.Great customer service had a small issue. They were prompt to help me through it.

So Far, So Good!I wanted a simple, affordable leak detector that had the ability to send text notifications. Unfortunately, this system can only text 1 phone number and can only email the email address associated with the user account on file. However, the system is very responsive (tested) and includes push notifications.We're using it for a central clubhouse that is prone to pipes bursting in winter. Because of the foot traffic and the cleaners, I've installed signage.The alarm is very loud (good!) And the sensors are a nice, slim profile! Setup was a breeze. I've set up email forwarding so that all Board Directors will receive the email if the sensors detect a flood/leak.After a power outage, the system is still functioning as normal. No babysitting needed. Curious to see how long the batteries last and if I get a notification with enough time to replace them.Marking as 4 stars due to the limitation on custom notifications. Would rate it 4.5 stars if I could!

Very useful product!We purchased these leak detectors after our washer broke and flooded part of the house while we were out. The detectors showed up a couple days later and I had them strategically placed throughout the house. They were very easy to set up. Months later, I had pretty much forgotten about them until the alarm went off, alerting me of a leak! Yay! It worked and let me know my son

UsefulVery impressive upgrade from my older standalone sensors. Very good range to the central unit. The only drawback is the AC plug on the central unit -- it cover the second outlet, rendering it useless. I like that it's expandable and I can add additional sensors.

Awesome!Very easy to set up with the app. Testing it sent alerts straight to my phone, and it also told me which room the alarm was coming from. You can add more than just the three detection units that come with the kit if you buy more. Very cool!

Easy install and complete set for multiple locations of leak detectionWinees is a brand that I have tried in the past with Aidot app. We just had new vanities installed and there was some leaking, rather than remembering to check for any new water leaks and great peace of mind I put a water sensor near each drainpipe in new vanity and the hub located in the bedroom. really surprised who quickly the hub connected and upon default all 3 sensors were already connected. easy and setup to less that 2 minutes.

Great way to prepare for the unfortunate, but unenviable leaks we face in life.The Wi-Fi Water Leak Detectors by Winees, is a great idea that has brought me some much welcomed confidence in my leak detections plan. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – They feel like they’re well made, but not exceptional. Good enough to instill confidence.II. Performance – I haven’t needed them yet, but I tested them multiple times and they never failed to alert me of the impending disaster. I wish they had a longer range then the stated 300 Feet. The set-up was fairly easy and quick since I already had the app.Overall, these have provided me great piece of mind, that I’m doing what I can to help prevent a leak from turning into a personal catastrophe. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.If you’d find it helpful to see an up-close visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. This Is Peace Of Mind...I dont want to come home to water damage or leaks of any kind. So this water detection kit will put my mind at ease.They are easy to setup. The sensors are already synced to the hub. Just download the app and follow the steps. See video.

Good ProductThey are a good easy product to install. the only shortfall is the battery life. may need to look at a recharging station for them. overall a very good product.
